Fulcrum Foundation – Celebration of Light Benefit
The new Cancer Center at Overlake was officially opened last week and TPF provided the documentation. We took photos and video of the events, which involved the CEO of the hospital, the Chief Surgeon, and a cancer survivor, amongst other speakers. After speaking, they all donned hard hats and swung golden sledgehammers into a ceremonial wall to represent knocking down cancer.
Shooting this event was a lot of fun and the emotion was running high. Cancer is an emotional subject and smashing through the wall seemed to be a fun release for everyone involved. The cake in the shape of a golden sledgehammer was pretty amazing too.
